Academic entry qualification
You can apply for post-graduation diploma in dentistry via our online portal, intakes are limited for each semester and on basis of first come first serve, conceding that the intake for a semester is full, you can choose from the subsequent semesters.
After the online booking, the below required supporting documents can be sent on our official email Id:
1. Dental Degree certificate attested copy will be sought. You will be required to provide contact details for two academic referees when completing your application form.
2. Internship completion certificate attested copy.
3. Personal statement/ Letter of intent (300-500 words): Your statement should include why you think you're a strong candidate for the program based on your background, interests, career goals, skills, achievements and what the program and academy offer.
4. Full CV.

Offers cannot be accepted for those that do not meet the minimum requirements for the course.
EU/International students:
You are required to upload a copy of your current valid passport showing the photograph page with your application.
Evidence of citizenship of India will be required for those claiming home student status.
There is no application fee.
Re-applications
If you applied in the previous year and your application was not successful you may apply again. Your application will be considered against the standard course entry criteria for that year of entry.
In your new application you should demonstrate how your application has improved.
We may draw upon all information from your previous applications or any previous registrations at the Academy as a student when assessing your suitability for your chosen course.

Course work and assessment
The majority of course unit assessments will be completed online, including the MCQ examination, and will include the preparation and presentation of clinical and written work, and competency case assessments.
For research component, formal discourse assessment takes the form of tutor-marked assignments.

Course Completion criteria
Course Duration: 6 months
Course Progress required: 100%
Based on Assignment AND/OR Exam Passing Percentage: 70%
The learner is evaluated based on four criteria, namely:
- Participation in chat sessions
- Participation in discussion forums
- Assignments
- Examination
The course will be considered as completed when the course completion criteria are met.
If a certificate template is uploaded in the Course, then the Certificate will be issued automatically and sent via email to the scholar, the hard copy will be issued subsequently.
Course completion guidelines
• Your enrolment is for 8 months, the date is confirmed by email to your registered email address.
• It is your responsibility to understand the individual course time constraints to complete a course within your personal timeline (i.e. Diploma, deadline, etc.).
• A course is completed when the final exam is taken, or for courses without a final exam, when the final assignment is submitted.
• Failure to complete the course before your enrolment period expires will cause you to forfeit the right to complete the course.
• If you still need the course credit, you must enrol again, pay the full fee, and begin with the first lesson.
• If the course has been revised, different textbooks and course materials may be required.
• If the course is no longer available at the time your enrolment expires, you will not be able to re-enrol.
• Failure to complete the full course, in maximum two attempts shall bar the learner from any further enrolments into course.
Final Exam Grading
Indian students taking the final exam with the Testing Centre on campus should schedule testing a minimum of four weeks before they need the grade to be posted to their Curriculum Vitae.
Students who have a final exam proctored off campus should allow five weeks for the final grade to be reported.
Deadlines
To complete Post graduation requirement, all self-paced coursework, including the final exam if applicable, must be completed two full weeks (or 10 business days) before end of enrolment period, during the semester in which the student is attempting to graduate.
